Refunds

We have a strict no refund policy for change of mind or incorrect size selections. Please ensure you select the right sizes as per size guide provided, and also care great care in supplying the correct shipping address. For any issues with the items, please contact support@chloeting.com

If there are any issues with your items, please contact support@chloeting.com for us to remedy the issue. We may provide a refund completely at our discretion, and only in those circumstances, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and being granted a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Delivery and delays
Delivery times are shown when you check out. You will receive tracking information via email once the item has been processed, usually between 24-72 hours after purchase. Please allow additional days for delivery as occasionally there may be delays to the postal system beyond our control or from events such as COVID impacted delays.
